    Is this the right fit?

    • For artists who need a consistent social presence and editing support while keeping time to write, record and perform.
    • A recognizable profile and regular short-form content give new visitors a clearer sense of who you are. Performance clips, lyric moments and release updates can create more opportunities for listeners to discover your work.
    • This is a done-for-you service, separate from Smart Links & Tools software subscriptions. Establishing an artist takes strong music, consistent work and audience response; no service can guarantee the outcome.

    What your monthly fee includes

    • 12–16 short-form videos edited each month (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
    • +5 lyric videos in shorts format every week (~20/month)
    • Daily / weekly scheduling across platforms
    • Bio & link-in-bio updates
    • Trending audio curation
    • Release Administration: distributor uploads + BMI, SoundExchange, The MLC & Songtrust registrations for every new single
    • These organizations collect your songwriting and recording royalties.
    • MelodyLane Studio included while subscribed
    • This tier is the content and social package; it does not include Ad Growth Manager's paid-ad management. Full-Service Artist combines the two.
    • MelodyLane Studio access is included while your retainer remains active; it is not a Lifetime purchase.

    What to prepare

    • Bring your artist bio, social handles, release calendar and footage you own or have permission to use.
    • Share your visual direction, lyrics and examples of your voice. Provide fresh footage and timely approvals so posts reflect the real artist, not a generic brand.

    How the work flows

    • The package includes 12–16 edited short-form videos each month for Reels, TikTok and Shorts, plus five vertical lyric shorts per week (about 20/month).
    • We handle daily/weekly scheduling, bio and link-in-bio updates, and trending-audio curation. Confirm the posting calendar and required materials during onboarding.
    • Review the content together and learn from engagement, profile visits and smart-link taps. Consistency supports discovery but does not promise followers or a viral post.

    Apply, review and start

    • Choose this tier on Growth Agency pricing and apply using your MelodyLane account. Tell us what is already set up and what you need help with.
    • You receive an application receipt. We review your needs and confirm scope and any required setup fee before payment; applying does not charge you.
    • If approved, your email links to the payment page. Sign in with the account you applied with, review the exact charges and accept the monthly service terms before Stripe Checkout. Monthly tiers do not require the Launchpad signing process.
    • If you change your mind before payment, withdraw the unpaid application from your application page. Retainers are month-to-month; cancel before the next billing date to stop renewal.

    Release Administration for every new single

    • While your Agency service is active, we prepare and upload release metadata to your distributor (DistroKid or the distributor you choose) and handle registrations with BMI, SoundExchange, The MLC and Songtrust for every new single—and keep that information accurate.
    • These organizations collect your songwriting and recording royalties.
    • What to send us for each single: final audio, artwork, release date, ISRC/UPC if you have them, songwriter and producer credits, ownership splits and your PRO/publisher details.
    • Release Administration covers new singles released while the Agency service is active.
    • The Artist keeps ownership of every account, song, master and royalty; MelodyLane never takes a share of royalties and royalties are paid by those organizations directly to the Artist.
    • The Artist provides accurate splits, credits, songwriter/publisher details and any required account access or signatures, and pays any fees charged by those organizations or the distributor.
    • Registration approval, processing times and royalty collection are decided by each organization; MelodyLane does not guarantee royalties or acceptance.
    • Catalog backfill of earlier releases is not included unless agreed in writing.
    • Release Administration ends when the Agency service ends.

    Setup fee and the 30-day Launchpad credit

    • ONE-TIME setup only: $497 if required ad accounts, Meta Pixel, Conversions API or custom domain are missing; $0 if everything required is already set up. Never charged monthly. We confirm the fee before you pay. Only the paid $497 setup fee is 100% credited toward Artist Launchpad if you upgrade within 30 days of paying it—not your monthly service fee, ad spend, add-ons or the full first payment. No paid setup fee means no setup credit.
    • Example: Content & Social costs $797/month. If required setup is missing, the first payment is $1,294 ($797 service + $497 setup). Only the $497 setup fee can count toward Launchpad—not the $1,294 payment or the $797 service fee.
    • A qualifying upgrade within 30 days of paying the setup fee reduces the $2,997 Launchpad price to $2,500. If no setup fee was paid, or the upgrade is outside that window, there is no setup credit. The credit is a price reduction, not a cash refund.

    Read before you commit

    • MelodyLane is not a streaming-numbers, bot, payola or playlisting service. We build real marketing tools and run real ad campaigns. We do not sell, inflate or guarantee streams, monthly listeners, followers, sales or chart positions. Results vary.
    • No refunds on agency services: retainers, setup fees, Artist Launchpad and add-ons are non-refundable once work or onboarding starts, because dedicated creative and technical time is booked right away. You can cancel a retainer any time before the next billing date.
    • Ad spend is separate: Meta/TikTok bill your card directly, with no MelodyLane markup. You own your accounts, domain, pixels and fan list. Never send passwords or private access tokens in an email; use approved account-access invitations.
