    Who Launchpad is for

    • For artists starting from scratch or rebuilding a fragmented online presence who want a coordinated foundation, rather than ongoing monthly management.
    • Connected social profiles, release links, a merch store and tracking can make you easier to find and give listeners clear next steps. They provide infrastructure—not guaranteed recognition, streams or sales.

    • The "Spring" merch store is a store on Spring (formerly Teespring), the print-on-demand merch platform.
    • Lifetime Studio is a one-time entitlement to the software for as long as your account exists and MelodyLane operates the service. It does not include perpetual agency management.

    • Includes one month of Content & Social at no extra charge. We agree the start date at kickoff. Continued posting after the included month is optional and requires a separate $797/month retainer; it does not renew automatically.

    What to bring

    • Prepare your artist name, preferred handles, bio, artwork, five selected releases with listening links, and your merch ideas.
    • Tell us which accounts and domain you already own so we can agree what needs creating or connecting. Bring only materials you own or have permission to use.
    • Set aside an advertising budget separately. Confirm third-party domain, store or platform costs before kickoff; the service price is not ad spend.

    From application to kickoff

    • Apply for Artist Launchpad. We review your requirements before asking for payment.
    • After approval, open the emailed agreement link, sign in with the account you applied with, read the agreement and type your legal name to sign. You can download a PDF copy.
    • MelodyLane then authorizes and finalizes the agreement. You receive a signed-copy link and a payment link. Pay in full before kickoff; there are no split payments.
    • Confirm materials, account access, design approvals and timing with the team. The signed agreement defines the work; applying alone does not start it.

    Your launch and what comes next

    • Review your profile details, release links and merch designs before approval. Test links and store destinations as a fan would.
    • The first Meta campaign and one month of Content & Social are included; ongoing ad management or posting beyond that month requires an optional separate retainer.
    • You retain ownership of your accounts, domain, pixels and fan list. Extra merch designs, revision rounds, smart links and video ad creatives can be ordered at the published add-on prices.

    Release Administration for every new single

    • While your Agency service is active, we prepare and upload release metadata to your distributor (DistroKid or the distributor you choose) and handle registrations with BMI, SoundExchange, The MLC and Songtrust for every new single—and keep that information accurate.
    • These organizations collect your songwriting and recording royalties.
    • What to send us for each single: final audio, artwork, release date, ISRC/UPC if you have them, songwriter and producer credits, ownership splits and your PRO/publisher details.
    • Release Administration covers new singles released while the Agency service is active.
    • The Artist keeps ownership of every account, song, master and royalty; MelodyLane never takes a share of royalties and royalties are paid by those organizations directly to the Artist.
    • The Artist provides accurate splits, credits, songwriter/publisher details and any required account access or signatures, and pays any fees charged by those organizations or the distributor.
    • Registration approval, processing times and royalty collection are decided by each organization; MelodyLane does not guarantee royalties or acceptance.
    • Catalog backfill of earlier releases is not included unless agreed in writing.
    • Release Administration ends when the Agency service ends.

    Setup fee and the 30-day Launchpad credit

    • Artist Launchpad is $2,997 paid once. We do not add the monthly-tier $497 technical setup charge on top of Launchpad.
    • ONE-TIME setup only: $497 if required ad accounts, Meta Pixel, Conversions API or custom domain are missing; $0 if everything required is already set up. Never charged monthly. We confirm the fee before you pay. Only the paid $497 setup fee is 100% credited toward Artist Launchpad if you upgrade within 30 days of paying it—not your monthly service fee, ad spend, add-ons or the full first payment. No paid setup fee means no setup credit.
    • Example: Ad Growth Manager costs $597/month. If required setup is missing, the first payment is $1,094 ($597 service + $497 setup). Only the $497 setup fee can count toward Launchpad—not the $1,094 payment or the $597 service fee.
    • A qualifying upgrade within 30 days of paying the setup fee reduces the $2,997 Launchpad price to $2,500. If no setup fee was paid, or the upgrade is outside that window, there is no setup credit. The credit is a price reduction, not a cash refund.

    Launchpad price and setup

    • If you qualify for the paid setup-fee credit described above, Launchpad is $2,500. Monthly service payments are never credited, and a $0 setup charge earns no credit.

    Read before you commit

    • MelodyLane is not a streaming-numbers, bot, payola or playlisting service. We build real marketing tools and run real ad campaigns. We do not sell, inflate or guarantee streams, monthly listeners, followers, sales or chart positions. Results vary.
    • No refunds on agency services: retainers, setup fees, Artist Launchpad and add-ons are non-refundable once work or onboarding starts, because dedicated creative and technical time is booked right away. You can cancel a retainer any time before the next billing date.
    • Ad spend is separate: Meta/TikTok bill your card directly, with no MelodyLane markup. You own your accounts, domain, pixels and fan list. Never send passwords or private access tokens in an email; use approved account-access invitations.
