How to get your Weekly Insights email every Monday
The Weekly Insights email is a Monday-morning recap of the last 7 days for each of your artists: smart link visits, streaming-service clicks, click rate and new fans, plus your top Smart Link, most-tapped service, top country and arrows comparing this week with last week. It goes to the email you sign in with.
Anyone can read this guide. The tool it covers is part of the Studio & Lifetime plans.

What it is
- Every Monday morning you get one email summing up the last 7 days for each of your artists.
- It's sent from insights@updates.melodylane.io to the email you sign in with.
Tip: Weekly Insights email is included with Studio and Lifetime.

Turn it on or off
- Go to Dashboard → Settings (Your Handle).
- Find Weekly Insights email and flip the switch.
- It's on by default for Studio and Lifetime members.

Send yourself a test
- In the same box, tap Send me a test email.
- A preview using your real numbers arrives in a few minutes, with [Test] in the subject.
Watch out: Not there? Check your spam or Promotions folder and mark it Not spam so future emails land in your inbox.

Read the numbers
- Visits: how many people opened your smart links.
- Clicks: how many tapped a streaming service.
- Click rate: clicks divided by visits — higher means your page is doing its job.
- New fans: emails you collected this week.

Use the extras
- Top Smart Link and most-tapped service show what's working.
- Top country shows where your listeners are.
- Arrows compare this week with last week.
- A trophy appears when you pass a visit milestone.

Act on the tip
- Every email ends with one simple next step based on your numbers.
- Tap Open full Insights for day-by-day detail.
